Job Responsibility
Provide translation support between the Chinese manager and local staff, assisting in relaying information to all levels of the organization. Travel frequently to various branches in Puchong, Putrajaya, Klang, and Kajang to supervise and assist in management, planning, and relocation of branches. Assist the area manager in daily business activities and management, provide general administrative support, and coordinate with other stakeholders where needed. Handle various administrative tasks such as word processing, drafting correspondence, writing emails, and preparing corporate documents, SOPs, and policies. Take dictation, type meeting minutes, and generate operation reports. Job Requirements
Fresh graduates with a minimum of diploma or degree in any relevant course of study are encouraged to apply. Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory due to communication with Chinese stakeholders. Possess a valid driving license. Travelling will be required. Exceptionally driven, determined, and goal-oriented, a quick-learner with excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities are highly considered.
