Customer Success Advisor

Salary : Basic + Medical Benefit + Employee Engagement Allowance

Location : Exchange 106 Office Tower, KL

Working Hours : Monday- Friday, 9am – 11 pm (8-hour work system, multi-shift scheduling, all shifts have five days work and two days off. Able to work on public holidays and weekends.)

Job Description :

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests, partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).
• Handling customer queries with empathy, patience and compassion
• Understand and deliver business strategies, to improve customer services through the execution of self-service, and continuously to identify work process improvements.
• Perform business-based administrative duties whenever required.
• Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
• Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, order pricing / invoice queries etc.
