Structure Engineer

About the role

YE CONSULT' is seeking a talented Structure Engineer to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. As a Structure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the structural integrity of a variety of construction projects. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the success of our growing civil and structural engineering consulting firm.

What you'll be doing

Conducting structural analysis and design to ensure the safety and stability of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.

Collaborating with architects, project managers, and construction teams to develop innovative solutions.

Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

Monitoring construction progress to ensure projects are completed according to design specifications.

Providing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Structure Engineer, preferably in a consulting or construction environment.

Proficiency in structural analysis software, such as SAP2000, ETABS, or Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in Malaysia.
