Technical Sales Specialist

Job descriptionMajor in cell biology or related fields, with a master's degree or above; PHD are preferred. Familiar with the basic theories and cutting-edge directions of molecular cell biology, as well as the current status and future trends of drug research ; At least two years of experience in research and development or pre-sales technical support in the field of life sciences; Good at communication skill, with strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit; Possess strong global thinking, analysis, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Description
- Conduct customer analysis and sorting based on the application of product lines, analyze potential sales opportunities from a technical perspective, track the progress of key customer projects, develop sales strategies, and collaborate on sales implementation;
- Participate in exhibitions, conduct market research, timely grasp market information, industry information, and competitor development trends;
- Customer visit / communication / maintenance, product presentation and promotion, exploring customer needs, and addressing customer pain points in conjunction with Acro's business
- Collect and pass on customer suggestions for new product development and existing product improvements, assist in creating product manuals and sales training
