About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Assistant Manager to drive our finance operations and lead intercompany consolidation reporting. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting across multiple entities, while supporting compliance, process improvements, and team growth.

What You'll Do

Manage daily finance operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
Handle month-end closing, financial reporting, and KPI dashboards
Prepare group consolidated financial statements (IFRS / standards compliance)
Reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate eliminations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
Partner with internal teams to provide actionable financial insights
Mentor and guide junior finance staff

What We're Looking For

Degree in Accounting / Finance (Professional certs like ACCA / CPA / CIMA a plus)

4–6 years' finance experience, with strong background in consolidation reporting

Hands-on knowledge of intercompany reconciliations and group reporting

Proficiency in ERP / finance tools (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.) & advanced Excel

Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in managing deadlines

Strong communicator with integrity and accountability
