About the Role
We're looking for a Finance Assistant Manager to drive our finance operations and lead intercompany consolidation reporting. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting across multiple entities, while supporting compliance, process improvements, and team growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily finance operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
- Handle month-end closing, financial reporting, and KPI dashboards
- Prepare group consolidated financial statements (IFRS / standards compliance)
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate eliminations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Partner with internal teams to provide actionable financial insights
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff
What We're Looking For
Degree in Accounting / Finance (Professional certs like ACCA / CPA / CIMA a plus)4–6 years' finance experience, with strong background in consolidation reportingHands-on knowledge of intercompany reconciliations and group reportingProficiency in ERP / finance tools (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.) & advanced ExcelDetail-oriented, analytical, and confident in managing deadlinesStrong communicator with integrity and accountabilityWhy Join Us?
