Senior Purchasing Executive

Salary range : RM4,800 - RM6,000

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure purchased items comply with Malaysian standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit applications to SIRIM (product certification, testing reports, labeling requirements), Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) – Certificate of Approval (COA) for electrical products and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) – device certifications.
• Ensure timely renewal and tracking of all relevant certificates and licenses.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Liaise with testing labs, consultants, and government officials where required.
• Support internal and external audits related to product compliance and import controls.
