Company website : Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare financial statements : balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide administrative support as needed (e.g., bookkeeping)
• Handle payroll, annual leave, and medical leave records
• Manage full set of accounts
• Liaise with outsourced auditors and tax agents for yearly submissions
• Handle SST submissions
• Manage e-invoicing, official receipts, and related document
• Cash flow projection
