Job Scope

• Identify and secure property listings from owners to meet the rental demands
• Communicate and negotiate rental terms with owners
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of unit status, including move-in dates and current conditions
• Organize and oversee various tasks related to property management, including scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair work to ensure timely and effective completion
• Update property owners about their units by half yearly
• Monitor and ensure on-time collection of rental payments
• Monitor the expiration dates of tenancy contracts and arrange for renewals or new agreements as needed
• Study the rental market for comparison together with marketer

Requirements

Working hours : 10.30am to 6.30pm

Salary range : From RM3,500 (Basic salary increases based on performance – reviewed regularly)

Working location : Fraser Business Park (Willing to Travel)
