Responsibilities
- Provide system administration support with a focus on end-user computing technologies (Windows Operating System, Intune, desktop imaging, and patch management), and manage Active Directory, Group Policies and user permissions.
- Manage and maintain systems hardware and software and related infrastructure; perform operating system support and patching.
- Collaborate with remote teams and vendors to ensure effective middleware support and integration.
- Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
- Perform general technical troubleshooting and provide consultation to onsite teams; support incident discussions and resolution.
- Provide remote and onsite support for unresolved issues as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems; document all ticket communications and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Escalate related issues to respective third-party suppliers (e.g., hardware manufacturers, applications vendors) as part of Supplier Management Services.
- Work as part of a team and provide 24 x 7 support when required.
Qualifications
Proven 3 years’ experience in System Administration.Require on-call availability and working outside regular hours to resolve critical issues or perform scheduled maintenance.Deep understanding of end-user computing technologies such as Windows OS, Intune, desktop imaging, and patch management.Experience in managing Active Directory, Group Policies and user permissions.Seniority level
