Marketing Communications Executive

Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies to promote our brand and services effectively, in Malaysia & Singapore. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, initiative, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for design. The individual must be able to work independently and proactively. Responsibilities :

• Strategy Development : Collaborate with different departments to develop comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
• Content Creation : Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to internal marketing collateral, website, social media, email campaigns and blogs.
• Brand Management : Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining brand integrity.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, including ideation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Digital Marketing : Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize online presence and drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Partner Relations : Cultivate relationships with Awarding bodies and keep up to date on award submission deadlines, entry requirements and events.
• Market Research : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
• Event Coordination : Coordinate marketing events, project photoshoots, and company events / activities with a goal to create content.
• Collaboration : Collaborate frequently with other teams and utilize resources wisely to create the best content.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
