Job description

Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations & HR Governance

Job Responsibilities :

Develop engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
Spearhead marketing campaigns, including brainstorming ideas and tracking progress.
Support the development of visual content, edit photos, or videos when needed.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and assist with reporting.

Job Requirements :

Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or relevant fields.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Basic design / video editing knowledge and familiarity with editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Collaborative mindset, eager to support teammates and contribute ideas.

Self-starter who is proactive and able to adapt to evolving priorities.

Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage feedback loops.
