Job Responsibilities
- Handle calls, live chats & emails on inquiries, feedback & complaints.
- Provide accurate info and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with team to achieve KPIs & SLAs.
- Keep proper records & escalate complex issues when needed.
Job Requirements
Completed SPM, or equivalent.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.Willing to work on shift rotations / weekends / public holidays (if applicable).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Job Benefits
