Job Description :
- Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases and services
- Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
- Working with management to find appropriate solutions to problems
Job Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Previous customer service experience is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
