Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities :

• Performing scheduled and preventative maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing issues on electrical and mechanical jobs
• Monitor all maintenance work by sub-contractors including repair, installation, modification and repair works
• Repairing or replacing malfunctioning parts and components as needed
• Comply with and implement all safety precautions and measures and be responsible for ensuring all works is avoided from hazardous conditions
• Respond directly to head of department and follow instruction when there is complaint about the damage and report on the status of the actions and improvements that have been made
• Ensure daily maintenance works run smoothly with minimal complaints
• Inspect, record and monitor parts and ensure the stock is always sufficient at all times
• Ensure 5S practice after work
