Senior Associate - Campaign Management at ZALORA Group, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities
Lead the daily tasks of the MY / SG / HK ventures, including planning and executing campaign layouts. Ensure campaigns align with the company’s marketing strategy and objectives. Spearhead the development of the tactical portfolio, planning and executing campaigns aligned with internal pricing focuses across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Manage beauty, sports and kids portfolio, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure a successful marketing strategy onsite. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a small team responsible for daily execution; foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Delegate tasks effectively and provide the necessary support for team members to succeed. Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports on campaign performance; use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results. Analyze campaign metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for communication with internal teams, external partners, and vendors; keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and successes. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities; tailor campaigns to meet the needs of each market (regional collaboration). Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or campaign management, preferably in fashion or retail. Proven track record of leading successful e-commerce campaigns across multiple regions. Experience in managing brand and key collection launches with multiple stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting with knowledge of key e-commerce metrics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English; Mandarin preferred.
