The Kimberly-Clark Malaysia Management Trainee Program is to develop young, driven talents into future leaders who will shape the direction of our business. Experience : During the program you’ll undertake challenging and impactful projects and portfolios within the Sales Function (Offline and Online channels). Education : You’ll develop professional and soft skills through structured on-the-job training and coaching. Exposure : You’ll receive mentorship from senior leaders and connect with peers who share a passion for the FMCG industry. Who Are We Looking For

A bachelor’s degree on-track to a minimum of 2nd class upper honours Fresh graduate, or those with maximum 1 year of working experience Active and track record of non-academic co-curricular activities Clear career orientation Good vision and leadership potential Able to work independently and as a team player Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English Competencies
