Position Summary
The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods. This role involves strategic planning, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and managing logistics performance metrics.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including inbound, outbound, returns, and reverse logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, space optimization, and safety compliance.
- Optimize logistics processes through continuous improvement initiatives and technology implementation.
- Monitor logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per shipment, etc.) and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs, and import / export policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals.
- Manage logistics budget and control logistics costs effectively.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.At least 8–10 years of logistics and supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge in MS Applications (Excel & PowerPoint).Preferable with working experience in logistic companyPlease visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
