Overview

The Clients & Industries (C&I) team plays a vital role in supporting Deloitte Malaysia’s growth strategy. We focus on building industry eminence, strengthening strategic client relationships, and enabling profitable revenue growth through insight-led marketing and account development initiatives.

We are looking for a driven and capable Manager – Industry Program to join our team in Malaysia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, develop and execute integrated industry marketing campaigns, and support strategic client programs. You will collaborate with industry and marketing teams across Southeast Asia, account leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive initiatives that strengthen Deloitte’s brand presence and industry positioning in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned industries or programs in collaboration with industry leaders and stakeholders.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., events, digital campaigns, thought leadership) to profile / enhance Deloitte’s market presence and visibility.
• Collaborate with SEA and local marketing teams to ensure alignment with regional strategy and brand guidelines.
