Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR function across organization covering talent acquisition, employment relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, industrial relations and general affairs / admin.
  • Lead, develop and implement continuous improvement of HR policies and standards.
  • Apply and monitor status of work permit / employment pass of foreign employees.
  • Maintain and keep track employees’ leave, medical, expenses claim, overtime and attendance records.
  • In-charge for all the HR correspondence such as Employment Letter, Confirmation Letter, disciplinary letters and etc.
  • To conduct interviews for potential employees.
  • Accurate and timely processing of monthly staff payroll.
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 4-5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Well-versed in the Employment Act with good knowledge of prevailing HR practice.
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated.
