We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management : Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms for in-house brands like Anello, Legato Largo, Untule, and Fasola (home & living).
• Proficiently navigate and utilize company systems and software.
• Customer Assistance : Help customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or damaged items promptly.
• Complaint Handling : Manage customer complaints effectively, offering solutions in line with company policies.
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Collaboration : Work with internal teams to arrange deliveries, ensure order accuracy, and track customer payments.
• Documentation : Prepare delivery orders and invoices for customers.
• Shipment Tracking : Update shipment status in the tracking system daily.
• Ad Hoc Duties : Assist with other tasks as assigned by your superior.
• Shift Work : Be available for shifts : 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm / 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm / 11 : 00pm-8 : 00pm
