Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in Johor Baharu. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process, including planning, modelling, drawing, execution, and quality control. The Production Manager is expected to be skilled in 3D and 2D modeling and to do simulation testing of designs. Other day-to-day tasks include monitoring production schedules, analyzing production data, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and implementing process improvements. Effective communication with team members and other departments is essential to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• 3D and 2D modeling skills in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 are required
• Experience in Quality Control processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Johor Baharu
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Salary and Level

Entry / Mid Level Position with salary starting from MYR 5,000 monthly depending on experience.
