The Challenges

Project Management : Oversee roofing installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, specification, budget, and schedule while managing resources and risks. Stakeholder Coordination : Interface effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to achieve project goals. Technical and Quality Oversight : Review specifications, recommend installation methods, and ensure product quality meets or exceeds set standards. Health and Safety Compliance : Maintain a Safety First approach, aiming for zero accidents, incidents, and illnesses throughout project execution. Performance Monitoring : Track and report on KPIs, including productivity, rejection rate, downtime, and cost targets, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. What It Takes

Education and Experience : Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering / Construction Management with 23 years of experience in the construction industry. Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of construction environments, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Leadership and Communication : Proven ability to manage subcontractors / workers, uphold brand integrity, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Safety and Quality Focus : Thorough knowledge of construction safety protocols and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
