Job descriptionDiploma in Hospitality Management with 3 years experience inclusive of 1 year experience as Housekeeping / Room Division Supervisor OR Certificate in Hospitality Management with 4 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience as Housekeeping / Room Division Supervisor OR SPM holder with 6 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience as Housekeeping / Room Division Supervisor Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) Good working knowledge of computer software applications Strong leadership and organizing skills

The following qualifications and experience outline the requirements for the Housekeeping / Room Division leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for fast, efficient and clean turnover of rooms with zero complaints on cleanliness and defects.
- Prepare and present reports and analysis as required.
