Job descriptionDeliver exceptional customer service and address client issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and improve service Conduct research, prepare client reports and presentations Assist with preparation of proposals and client communications Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs Provide client feedback to support continuous product and service improvements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, relationship management, or customer service) Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to meet client needs. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements :
Language : Proficiency in English and must be able to read and write in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients will be added advantages (Cantonese is a plus).
