Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Verify daily invoice documents from vendors and inter-company group
• Handle staff claims and ensure reimbursements are made based on company policy.
• Perform month-end financial reporting process to ensure accurate reporting to management.
• Dealing with internal and external parties on operational matters, financial requirements, statutory reporting needs, taxation and audit.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to support operational efficiency and cost control.
• Prepare and verify claims under the Housing Development Account (HDA).
• Ensure compliance with statutory HDA requirements and perform monthly reconciliation.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by a superior from time to time.
