Telesales Executive (Open for Fresh Graduates)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Agent for our NGO program who experienced in telesales, or customer onboarding, particularly in a high-volume environment.

What we can expect as Telesales Agents role with us :

• Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls and educating potential customers about the organization's mission and NGO campaigns.
• Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by providing detailed information on NGO program, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Database Management : Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system, tracking interactions and commitments.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and guide customers through the onboarding process over the phone.
• Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded and that all onboarding steps are completed thoroughly.
• Motivation : Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed onboarding targets
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining a positive, professional relationship throughout the engagement process.
