Responsibilities

To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily)
Maintain all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line
Maintain conversion rate / success rate of leads within stipulated targets

Sales Management

To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily)

Maintain all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line

Maintain conversion rate / success rate of leads within stipulated targets

Service Management

Maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customer profile (CRM)

Raise accurate fulfillment requests to the fulfillment team (related to Sales Opportunity)

Identify and log positive and negative customer remarks to facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction

Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration
