Overview

Job title : Telesales Specialist (open for Junior / Fresh Graduates) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Employment type : Full-time.

Responsibilities

Call potential and existing customers to promote English learning programs

Build rapport and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Follow up on leads from online ads, social media, and referrals

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (with attractive bonuses)

Update customer details and sales interactions in the system (CRM)

Provide excellent after-sales service and handle inquiries professionally

Keep up to date with latest product features and market trends

Work closely with the sales team to meet collective goals

Qualifications

Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields is an advantage

Proficient in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia & English, depending on target market

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in telesales or customer-facing roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high level of self-motivation
