• Implement and monitor the continuous protection of MISC Group’s interests while upholding MISC Group’s business, competitiveness, high level planning and strategic initiatives.
• Provide, manage and supervise the overall legal service and advisory functions for the GAS Business unit.
• Provide, manage and supervise the overall management of general shipping law requirement for MISC Group.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
