Job Responsibilities

• Coffee Preparation : Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffees, and teas to high standards.
• Customer Service : Provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers. Respond to inquiries and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Cash Handling : Operate cash register and process payments accurately, ensuring correct change is given and balancing cash drawers.
• Cleaning and Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area. Ensure coffee machines, grinders, and other tools are cleaned and properly maintained.
• Stocking and Inventory : Ensure adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Assist with inventory management and ordering when necessary.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive working environment.
• Customer Education : Educate customers about coffee beans, brewing methods, and seasonal specials.
