We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage to join our team at Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in overseeing the Food & Beverage operations within our leading healthcare facility.

Job Description

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the overall management of the department, including planning, organizing and directing all food and beverage operations.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and create a superior dining experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Collaborate effectively with Dietitians to tailor patient meal plans that meet both nutritional standards and individual preferences.
• Oversee the entire café and store operations, including scheduling and supervising the Food & Beverage team; provide coaching and mentoring as required.
• Lead and monitor inventory and stock levels while managing budgets efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety across all Food & Beverage facilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new initiatives to enhance departmental performance.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies for Food & Beverage offerings.
