Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Order Taking : Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately; provide friendly, fast, and courteous service at all times; upsell menu items and promotions when possible; keep the counter clean and organized.
• Cashiering & Payment Handling : Operate POS system and handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet) accurately; ensure honesty and responsibility in all cash transactions.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene : Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and equipment; follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times; assist in cleaning tasks as per the schedule.
• Store Readiness & Teamwork : Help with opening and closing duties, including setup and restocking; cooperate with team members and support kitchen operations when needed.
