Production Manager – Sheet Metal (ID : 684766)

About this Role

The company in the sheet metal manufacturing process industries. The incumbent will report directly to the Production Plant Manager, and is responsible for the management of production operations – turret punching, bending, welding and assembly, while liaising with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate entire production process
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (direct and indirect workers and supervisors)
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Plan for maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions, zero accident rates at all times
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
