Job descriptionEnsures finished output meet the quality standard within the allocated timeline and budget. Ensures daily production output meets the set target and able to prepare production reports on Required to understand production schedule Required to meet inspection dates and stated in production schedule. To improve production operations greater efficiency through review process flow, production Ensure machine is maximized with full capacity. Ensure downtime is raised if there is any maintenance issue. Ensure operators are working with machines according to manual that been published. Assist to monitor in measuring material wastage and work closely with production team to Proper documents for reject products that need for disposals. Work closely with QC and achieve quality as per business standard. Reports on quality for all production processes from QC. Be the liaison person in between the Production team and the Management. Make sure proper training is provided to the employee from the date employed by the Do a proper follow up with the newly hired employee at the production floor to check with
