Job Scope :
- Handle customer inquiries & leads via email or phone calls.
- Assist in preparing content calendars & scheduling social media postings.
- Ensure stock & promotional materials are well-organized and sufficient.
- Oversee product display (offline & online) to ensure attractiveness & brand consistency.
- Assist in planning & executing merchandising strategies to boost sales.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory & product performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team & vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (for reporting & stock analysis).Creative & attentive to market / product trends.Strong communication & organizational skills.Able to work independently and in a team.Job Types :
