The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. This role builds a strong talent pipeline and delivers a seamless, engaging candidate experience. The manager also leads employer branding efforts through participation in career fairs, university engagements, and CSR initiatives, positioning the company as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management skills, a passion for people, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and external networks. Craft compelling job advertisements aligned with the company’s tone, culture, and role requirements. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, niche, and recurring roles. Recruitment & Selection Manage full-cycle recruitment from role briefing and sourcing through to interviews and final selection. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and serve as the main point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders. Facilitate timely feedback, decision-making, and communication throughout the selection process. Offer Management & Onboarding Lead the offer process, including preparing salary proposals, negotiating offers, and issuing offer letters. Ensure pre-employment documents and checks are completed accurately and on time. Liaise with IT, administration, payroll, and relevant teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Continuously improve onboarding processes to boost new hire engagement and retention. University Engagement & Career Fairs Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student bodies. Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry talks. Organize and lead university engagements such as talks, case competitions, and internship sourcing events. Identify high-potential students for internships and graduate opportunities. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Process Improvement Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and future talent needs. Evaluate and refine hiring processes to enhance speed, efficiency, and quality of hire. Recommend improvements to sourcing channels, interview frameworks, selection criteria, and overall candidate experience. Support strategic initiatives such as internal mobility, diversity hiring, and future workforce planning. Keep abreast of industry trends, recruitment technologies, and tools to introduce innovative and competitive practices. Reporting & Stakeholder Management Update the recruitment tracker on the company intranet on a weekly basis to provide visibility for Heads of Departments (HODs) and hiring managers. Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to support better decision-making. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, employment laws, and regulatory guidelines. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. At least 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment. Proven ability to manage multiple roles across departments and levels. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a process improvement mindset. Comfortable presenting at public or campus events.
