Chargeman (ST AO Cert)- Lumut

Responsibility :

• Coordinate and lead the maintenance team on all machine / facilities breakdowns and maintenance inspections involving critical machine parameters and critical spare parts management.
• Development and maintenance of maintenance documents as per ISO standards. i.e; SOP, WI, Maintenance schedule, etc.
• Perform root cause analysis activities for production issues and develop solutions.
• Work with production team to execute improvement projects, and coordinating with vendors.
• To oversee new fabrication projects, continue improvement projects and plant new set-up for the company.
• Continuously observe and enforce good housekeeping practices according to company housekeeping policies.
• Conduct daily routine checks and ensure maintenance team carry out daily and preventive maintenance duties.
• To liaise with external electrical vendor, supplier, contractor or government related department.
• Project planning, execution, supervision, and Gantt chart updated to ensure met the deadlines.
• Always come out new ideals continues improvement of equipment, automation and energy saving project.

Qualification & Experience :

Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
