Release Manager - Salesforce CRM

Manage end-to-end release planning and execution for Salesforce core updates and project deployments. Coordinate cross-functional teams - developers, QA, product owners, and partners - to ensure smooth releases. Maintain release calendars aligned with Salesforce cycles and internal projects. Identify risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation plans. Drive continuous improvement of release processes, tools, and documentation. The Successful Applicant A successful Release Manager should have : Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 3+ years experience as a Release Manager in Salesforce environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, release cycles, sandbox management. Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Agile methodologies.
