Greet customers and assess service needs professionally
Assist customers with service bookings & walk-ins.
Prepare accurate job orders and service estimates
Coordinate with technicians and monitor service progress
Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs
Handle warranty claims
Maintain service records and follow up on customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with stock management and service scheduling systems
Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin preferred
Ability to handle complaints and elevate issues tactfully
Detail-oriented with good documentation habits
Preferred Skills
Experience with dealership operations
Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance procedures vehicle body construction.
Multilingual capability for regulatory and promotional tasks
Customer focused attitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Basic technical understanding to discuss vehicle issues with customers and technicians.
Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor will be advantage.
