About the Role
Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement CompAsia’s annual Employee Engagement Calendar , aligned with the company’s Champion Spirit and cultural pillars.
- Translate engagement insights (surveys, stay / exit interviews, pulse checks) into concrete action plans that enhance morale, retention, and collaboration.
- Partner with HRBPs and Country Heads to localize engagement programs across markets while maintaining a consistent CompAsia identity.
Company‑Wide Engagement
Plan and execute flagship initiatives such as CompAsia Impact Week, Townhalls, Employee Appreciation Events, Culture Refresh programs, Wellness challenges, and CSR activities.Design and deliver creative internal communication campaigns (email, MS Teams, JARVIS intranet) to boost awareness, connection, and participation.Build a network of engagement champions across countries to sustain high energy and ownership.Manage Champion Spirit Awards and peer recognition programs that celebrate excellence and embody CompAsia’s values.Curate employee stories and cultural highlights that showcase our spirit and success across channels.Insights & Reporting
Monitor and analyze engagement KPIs (participation, eNPS, retention drivers, feedback trends).Prepare quarterly dashboards and reports for ExCo and the People & Culture leadership team.Continuously benchmark best practices in engagement, internal communication, and culture building.Workplace Experience
Lead and guide the Workplace Experience team to create a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven office environment.Partner with the Workplace Experience Leader to ensure the office remains vibrant, safe, and inspiring.Introduce creative enhancements; themed days, wellness spaces, and feedback corners; that elevate the everyday employee experience.Onboarding & Moments that Matter
Support HRBPs in designing and executing memorable onboarding experiences.Champion key touchpoints throughout the employee journey; from Day 1 to exit; to ensure every CompAsian feels valued and connected.Manage external partners for engagement and event delivery (venues, wellness providers, facilitators, creative vendors).Oversee engagement budgets, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable impact and ROI.What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
Possess solid 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources e.g. Workplace Operation, Employee Experience, or Office AdministrationStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering great service.Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative and adaptable approach.Professional appearance and a genuine passion for creating a welcoming and engaging workplace environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
