Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. Strong network and experience working with developers, architects, contractors, and distributors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with windows and doors, façade solutions, or similar products is an added advantage. Willingness to travel within Malaysia, Singapore, and South-East Asia. Ability to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business growth plan for the Malaysia and Singapore markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, developers, contractors, etc.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and pricing strategies.
- Generate sales leads to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns and brand positioning.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new business opportunities.
