AREA MANAGER - JCO DONUT & COFFEE (KL / SELANGOR)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive outlet sales to meet company targets, analyse performance reports, and implement strategies to close gaps, improve profitability, and support marketing campaigns and new product launches.
• Oversee all operational aspects including store operation, staff scheduling, staff individual target, store promotion targets, product variances and waste, and product issues while ensuring full compliance with J.CO SOPs, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements through regular audits and inspections.
• Manage labour and operational expenses to remain within budget, enforce cost reduction measures, and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Engage closely with Store Managers to monitor daily activities, scheduling, and customer service, while driving KPIs, resolving staff issues, and promoting a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
• Assist Training Dept for onboarding and continuous training for new and existing staff, coach Store Managers through regular one-on-one meetings, and support their career growth and operational readiness.
• Identify operational challenges affecting sales or service and propose effective, timely solutions to ensure smooth delivery, production, and customer experience.
• Support new store openings by handling operation and manpower planning, recruitment, inventory setup, and inter-department coordination to ensure successful and timely launches.
