Creative Business Associates (Start ASAP)

Responsible for producing engaging advertising copy for social media, ensuring compliance and collaborating with design teams at Bank Muamalat.

Your role

Key responsibilities include :

• Producing fresh, relevant, and modern content for various advertising channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Writing original copy and editing corporate marketing and communications materials.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams throughout the creative process, from brainstorming to conceptual development.
• Understanding the target audience to translate copy and design into compelling creatives.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-volume workload and short turnaround times.
• Understanding how creative work achieves business goals.
• Identifying and managing risk areas, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements including AMLA.
• Implementing policies, systems, processes, and procedures to meet procedural and legislative requirements.
• Monitoring market, consumer trends, and competition to identify future needs and compliance impacts.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity.
• Initiating and implementing sales programs and support processes to maintain operational efficiency and credit quality within risk parameters.
• Complying with Occupational Health & Safety Act 1994 requirements and safety measures.
• Ensuring proper storage or disposal of information to maintain confidentiality.
• Performing other duties as assigned by superiors for effective job realization.
