We're looking for a Transformation Manager to be based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, responsible for leading transformation programs across the organization to achieve strategic goals, enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Insurance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, leading multiple teams or workstreams on transformation projects in financial services.
• Hands‑on experience in medium to large size IT and / or Business Process Improvement / Transformation projects.
• Well versed in Business Process Improvement / Transformation and Management approaches, methodologies, tools and technology e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Well versed in using MS Office, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
• Certified in Project / Program Management e.g. PRINCE2, PMP (advantageous).
• Knowledge and / or experience in Insurance or Takaful industry is an added advantage especially in Life Insurance / Takaful business across multiple sales channels.
