The Head of Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) will lead the design, implementation, and management of the IOC to enhance Technology and Innovation Park Malaysia's operational efficiency, tenant experience, and innovation by leveraging data-driven insights and smart city technologies. Job Summary

The Head of Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) will lead the design, implementation, and management of the IOC to enhance Technology and Innovation Park Malaysia's operational efficiency, tenant experience, and innovation by leveraging data-driven insights and smart city technologies.

Job Description

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IOC Ensure seamless integration of various data sources and systems within the IOC, such as IoT sensors, surveillance cameras, building management systems, and communication platforms. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in smart city management and intelligent operations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and experience within MRANTI Park by leveraging IOC capabilities. Establish proactive monitoring and response mechanisms to address tenant issues and emergencies effectively. Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for various IOC services. Explore and identify opportunities to leverage IOC data and capabilities to explore business opportunities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and services based on IOC insights. Set clear performance goals and objectives for the team, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Smart City Management, or related). Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in technology-driven operations, smart city development, or digital transformation, including designing and implementing intelligent operations or similar initiatives. Strong expertise in data integration, IoT systems, AI-driven analytics, automation technologies, surveillance, BMS, and cloud platforms. Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and developing / executing long-term strategies for smart city operations and innovation. Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, network infrastructure, emergency response systems, and real-time data visualization. Experience in stakeholder engagement with government agencies, technology vendors, and business partners, with a proven ability to drive innovation and digital transformation. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
