Job descriptionHelp with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and securing necessary permits. Coordinate event logistics, such as venue bookings, catering, audio-visual, and technical support. Assist in managing attendee lists, handling RSVPs, and sending invitations. Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Help create and update event budgets and monitor expenses. Use project management software for task tracking and documentation. Facilitate communication among internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients. Assist in preparing and delivering team meetings and presentations. Act as a central point for coordinating information and requests from different parties. Provide support during event set-up, execution, and breakdown. Assist in collecting and analyzing post-event feedback to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Help prepare final reports and evaluations for stakeholders.
Overall Job Scope
Supports project managers by providing administrative and logistical support for events, including managing timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and event documentation.
