ResponsibilitiesAbout Lark APAC Business Development Representative Team : Are you ready to be a driving force behind Lark APAC's success story? This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and will report into the regional lead based in Singapore. Job Responsibilities : In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth journey, helping us find the perfect fit for our services and products in the market. It's not just about sales; it's about creating valuable connections and using data-driven insights to guide our path to success. As a BDR at Lark, you won't just be making calls and sending emails. You'll be the analytical force that works closely with our sales team to unearth crucial insights and data for perfecting our product-market fit. Your role will involve not only qualifying and screening potential business opportunities but also delving into the nitty-gritty details of requirements and assessing the propensity to buy. Your mission will be to introduce potential clients to the wide array of services, products, and solutions that Lark offers. And when you do that, you won't be pushing a one-size-fits-all solution; instead, you'll be tailoring your pitch to solve their specific business needs. You'll be our brand ambassador, sharing Lark's unique value proposition with the world. Your goal is to secure follow-up meetings with key decision-makers, where you'll have the opportunity to discuss our products in depth with a dedicated sales account executive. Ready to take the first step together?QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - You have previous related Business Development & Demand Generation experience of at least 3 years with a focus on outbound strategies in SaaS, Cloud or IT Security enterprise software. - You are bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, which are required to liaise with internal and external English / Mandarin speaking clients within the region. - You possess a creative mindset. You have a keen eye for thinking outside the box to develop innovative sales prospecting and marketing ideas and campaigns. - You're customer-centric. You are passionate about our customers and will work relentlessly to prioritise their needs in every decision you make. - You are an analytical thinker and comfortable with talking numbers. You will analyse data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to sales management. You will also provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics that assist in achieving Lark's business goals. You should be comfortable with numbers and be able to evaluate and report on the ROI of all initiatives. Preferred Qualifications : - You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset. You're down-to-earth and willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to tackle tasks, no matter how big or small. - You have knowledge of using SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, and other similar tools. - You're passionate and possess strong curiosity. You enjoy learning; staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and bringing innovative ideas to the InformationAbout Lark
