PUPIL IN CHAMBER

Conduct research and draft court documents
Assist in case file preparation and bundling
Maintain and organize case files and records
Able to comply with instructions and meet deadlines
Perform other tasks as assigned by the lawyers

LEGAL CLERK

Maintain and organize case files and records

File documents with courts and government agencies

Perform general duties like answering the phone, managing correspondence, raising payment vouchers and invoices, and other administrative work

Able to comply with instructions and meet deadlines

Perform other tasks as assigned by the lawyers

Qualifications and Requirements

PUPIL IN CHAMBER

Recognised academic qualification for legal practice in Malaysia

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn

Able to work in a team

Must possess own transport

LEGAL CLERK

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn

Able to work independently and as a team

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
