Responsibilities

• Managing building management operation, front office, landscaping, car parking operation and housekeeping.
• Develop and review Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for implementation to ensure efficiency of building operations.
• To liaise with the relevant bodies and authorities pertaining to the building management operations and housekeeping to meet regulations and compliance.
• Develop the building rules, fit-out manual and ensure observation of these rules are maintained.
• Manage and control the building management operations and housekeeping expenditure for cost effectiveness including maintenance & engineering aspects.
• Manage and facilitate the operation of the department business activities in ensuring operation readiness and delivery including risk management.
• Contribute technical input and knowledge on building management ensuring stable building maintenance and integrity.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Building / Property Management / Real Estate Management / Engineering or equivalent
