Terminal Operations Manager

Lead and oversee daily terminal operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs to achieve business goals.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the main liaison between bus operators, clients, and internal teams.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with service providers and industry stakeholders.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all operations comply with safety, health, and regulatory standards.

Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Planning & Improvement

Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for terminal performance.

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Inventory & Automation

Oversee inventory control and resource distribution.

Manage and optimize terminal automation systems for efficiency.

Lead and motivate terminal staff to meet operational targets.

Foster a positive work culture and support staff development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience in public transportation, terminal management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
